Ava Anderson Non-Toxic
In 2008, 14-year-old Ava Anderson read a report by Environmental Working Group about hazardous chemicals in the bloodstream of teens, which are commonly found in cosmetics and skin care products. Ava was shocked, and began to research the dangers of cosmetic ingredients and products. Unable to find products that met her personal standards after eight months of research, Ava realized that the only solution would be to create her own products. Website has lots of information on toxic chemicals in cosmetic products, in addition to her products, of course. Great products for teens, especially. Skin care, body care, sun protection and cosmetics, including lead-free lipstick.
